The Sheboygan Area Safety Council has merged with the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce as a committee of the Chamber.

The Chamber, with 835 member organizations, will provide access to large and small companies throughout Sheboygan County to ensure that safety matters are front and center. This move will also allow the Council to provide education sessions and articles to the entire Chamber membership. Lisa Hartman, the Chamber’s Business Manager, will continue to work with the Safety Council and additional services will be available as needed. The Chamber’s Board of Directors voted to accept the change at their June meeting, acting on the Safety Council’s recommendation.
